Rare Danish Teak Sewing Table by Hans Wegner.
Hans J. Wegner is widely considered to be one of the leading figures in 20th century, this unusual 1950's teak side table has flaps to each side which when raised into position gives a larger table top surface. To the front is a single drawer and a slide out tray which holds the period wicker sewing basket.
A fabulous design and such good quality.
This low teak Danish side sewing table was made by Andreas Tuck and designed by Hans Wegner in the fifties.
