This set of 4 space age swivel chairs, in their Reupholstered in black vinyl , is sometimes referred to as the Star Trek chair due to examples of these appearing on the sets of the original Star Trek episodes in 1967-1969. The chairs feature beautiful button tufted in a rare colour that adds a striking contrast to the V-shaped metal swivel “unicorn” bases. All four swivel and have a return spring to keep them facing forward. Hidden beneath the attached metal post that conceals the bearings.
